CareNeighbour was born from our own struggles of being far from our aging grandparents when they needed us the most. Like many expats and busy professionals, we've experienced the helplessness of knowing a loved one needs care but being unable to drop everything and fly home. We knew there had to be a better way.

It started with a phone call none of us were ready for. A parent who needed help. A family scrambling to find care. Hours spent calling agencies, scrolling through profiles of strangers, wondering: Can I trust this person with my mum? My dad?
We realized the system was broken. Not because there aren't people who care—but because we can't see them. Your friend's retired mum who was a nurse. Your neighbor who cared for their own parent last year. Your temple member's daughter who's an occupational therapist. They're all there. They could help. But they're invisible.
